Buy Ebay Account With Feedback

SUSPENDED EBAY ACCOUNT FOR ITEM STRIKE , BUT NOT MY FAULT WHAT DO I DO?

bought an item on ebay for £3.99, was unable to use paypal and sellers address not on file so i sent the seller a message through ebay asking for address on november 4th ,
got no answrr and now they give me an unpaid item strike resulting in my account being suspended
i dont think this is my fault and have proof i tried to pay with the message i sent
so what should i do
i have 140 feedback and need to buy things from ebay

since you have been suspended it would mean that you have not just had one strike but 3.

1 you can do one of 2 things, keep emailing the person who you bought from, so you can send the payment for the item, and resolve the issue and they should be able to lift the strike.

2 take it up with ebay customer services. hope you got a record of the messages that you have sent to the person because they will help.
